Your Baby Planet stroller is warranted to be free from manufacturer defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, under normal use.
This warranty is only valid when supplied with proof of purchase.
Please keep your original receipt.
We cannot perform warranty
work without it.
If you have not done so, please take a moment to register your product. This will also help us to contact you in the event there is a recall.
For countries outside the US, please contact your distributor. International shipping charges for warranty work are the responsibility of the consumer.
